POLE SPECIALTY CLASSES
THE NEWBIE SERIES (Pole Virgins)- NEVER taken a pole class before? This class is for you! Get familiar with the Art of Pole Dancing during this three-week series in true Poletic Style. We will teach you the basics of pole dancing, such as how to grip the pole properly, how to walk to and around the pole, beginner spins, body rolls and waves, leg hooks, pole climb etc. This series is designed to prepare you for our Beginner Escape Classes.
THE ESCAPE SERIES (Beginner Level 1) - Intro to the Art of pole dancing, this class is designed to break you out your shell and challenge you as well. Level 1 focuses on the basic foundation of pole dancing combining different pole fitness drills to increase your upper/lower body and core strength. Polettes will be taught basic pole and dance moves through a series of pole combos including the walk, wine/gyrating, pole spins and beginner pole tricks, floor work etc. This class is built to make you explore and learn a different side of your inner self while building your confidence, sex appeal and self-esteem. Nothing but a Great Time!
THE DISCOVER SERIES (Beginner/Intermediate Levels 2) – This class is the next step after the Beginner Escape Series. Level 2 is design for you to continue your pole training with different climb technics, shoulder mounts, inversion, static and spin pole poses, handstands, flexibility & intermediate pole combos, expanding your pole vocabulary, increasing your upper and lower body strength and core training. (This class is Recommended For Beginner And Beginner Intermediate Levels.)
THE DISCOVERY SERIES (Intermediate/Advance Level 3/4) –This is next level of your pole journey, this class is designed to challenge you to find your inner pole voice and discover who you are in your freestyle. The combos and sequences are harder and more challenging. You will continue to learn intermediate and advance pole tricks, floor and dance routines, handstands, splits and double partner pole tricks. (This Class Is Recommended For Those Who Have Prior Pole Experience.)
THE EMPOWERMENT SERIES (Advance Level 4/5) – The Branded Level, Take everything you learned from The Escape and Discovery Series and bring it all together here. This class was created for the pros wanting to continue to challenge themselves by building their stage presence and performance. This class focus on more intense advance pole techniques, tricks, spins, floorwork, dance routines, handstands, splits and doubles partner tricks. The empowerment level focus on creating and building show routines that are true to oneself through the art of pole performance. (This Class Is Recommended Only If You Have Prior Pole Experience On A Professional Level.)
POLETTES & STILETTOS SERIES– Where the real fun begins but one heck of a workout. This class is all about demanding attention while in Heels. This challenging yet sexy class emphasizes on the basic foundation of pole dancing and dance technic combining upper, lower body and core strength training while building your confidence and pole freestyle in Heels! Polettes will be taught heel friendly pole choreography and dance routines including the walk, pole tricks, spins, floor and chair work. (Heels Are Mandatory For This Class, Open Level)
THE SPINNER POLE SERIES– Spin Pole just makes everything more graceful and beautiful from all angles. This class is for Polettes that want to conquer a new challenge in their pole routine with some freeing twisty pole spins. This class is designed to challenge your pole artistry on spinning pole while enhancing your pole performance. (Open Level)
ENTERTAINER DEVELOPMENT- This class is designed for the Newbie and Novice of Dancers who want to learn how to be an Elite Entertainer on and off the stage. You will be taught how to carry yourself in your appearance, attitude, and stage performance. Through a series of pole, floorwork, twerk, dance, and lap dance training you will learn how to perform on and off the stage. You will be taught how to interact with and read customers, build and maintain a client base, become a good conversationalist, learn how to turn yourself into your own business, increase your revenue, money management and time management skills, tricks of the trade, and safety tips. This Development class was designed to make you a smarter Entertainer with the right guidance and make the industry work in your favor. (Open Level)
OPEN POLE/POLE BRUNCH – This open level session is free time for Polettes and their friends to come practice what they learned during the week. Practice makes perfect! (Walk Ins Are Welcome, Open Level)
PRIVATE ONE ON ONE LESSONS- Private pole lessons are perfect for anyone that has specific goals in mind. Whether you are working on some tricks and you need a little help, or you are just starting out and want to try it before starting a full class. NON-POLE SPECIALTY CLASSES
THE WALK SERIES- Polettes will learn the importance of exuding confidence, grace, and great posture while walking in heels. Polettes will be taught how to walk properly in heels with poise through a series of walk routines, runway technic and the ability to demand attention with every stride whether you are walking to the pole or the corner store. (Open Level)
FLEX,STRETCH & ARCH – Arch that back ladies! Point those toes and Flex to the Max! This class is designed to increase your flexibility and build your core strength through a series of floor, wall and pole stretches combined with an abs and body workout. A benefit of improving your flexibility is lesser chance of injury, increase flexibility in pole moves, handstands, splits, loosens tight muscles & tight joints, reduces pain, improves & enhances your sex appeal and self-esteem. Not to mention how this can improve your intimate life in the bedroom!
TEASE & WATCH (CHAIR/FLOORWORK SERIES) - This class embodies everything that is the meaning of Sexy and Sensuality through the Art of Chair and Floorwork. You will learn a series of chair choreography to enhance your lap dance technic and floorwork for uber sultry chair routine that is sure to make you feel empowered and in control. (ThighHigh Stockings, Knee Pads and Heels are Recommended for this class, Open Level)
TWERK,BOUNCE & FLOW IT SERIES" – Come "Bounce, Twerk & Flow” with us as we show you how the Pros get down in this high-energy class. This is a cardio fitness class where you’ll learn how to bounce, shake, jiggle and twerk your booty up, down and side to side! Get your heart racing as you focus on your glutes and core doing different booty motions and moves to all type of music with ease! You will definitely get your workout on! (Sneakers, ThighHigh Stockings or Knee Pads Are Recommended For This Class, Heels Are Welcome, Open Level)
BODY CONDITIONING- Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach will get you right, tight and strong with this new program developed specifically for all body types. This program includes resistance, body weight training, cardio and abs work. (Open Level)
SPECIALTY FEATURED CLASSES
FULL BODY INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING WITH MARLYN ORTIZ- This Fitness Cardio class will have your body sweating in seconds by incorporating intense periods of work with short periods of recovery. You will burn calories and boost Endurance and Stamina. (Open Level)
BURLESQUE HEELS DANCE WITH MARLYN ORTIZ- This Dance Heels class is Fun, Feminine and Sexy. Class focuses on building self confidence and empowerment. You will learn burlesque moves, choreography and flexibility while dancing in heels. (Must Bring Heels, Open Level)
DANCE AEROBICS WITH KASWASHI TRAWICK- Dance Aerobics class is based on fitness. It is for students who love to dance, strive be healthy and want to be the best self they can be. This class pushes and challenges you to the max, while trying something new and exciting. You will see that reaching your goals and breaking down those barriers that stand in your way to a healthier lifestyle can be combated. Staying fit and healthy is the start.
SEXY FLEXY YOGA WITH CASSANDRA CUNNINGHAM- Vinyasa is dynamic flow Yoga with an emphasis on breath/body movement. We hold poses, but our focus is on the transition between poses and the body control we develop strength and flexibility and self-awareness and appreciation. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Hatha yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breathwork).
ACROVINYASA WITH CASSANDRA CUNNINGHAM- Taking your asanas (poses) from earth to air. AcroVinyasa has three elements. 1) Solo vinyasa practice, 2) inversion training and working with a spotter, 3) acroyoga working with 3 people base, flyer and spotter. An adult playtime used to build strength and community based on trust and confidence in one another. As well just having plain fun and making beautiful shapes and poses with each other.
